3.5.1 Vata body

Vata - V people are the thinnest of the three humors. They tend to have thin bones and a thin body. They tend to have dry skin and hair; the main quality of vata is DRY. Physical irregularities are also a sign of V. The erratic behavior of V manifests in all physical irregularities, such as scoliosis, the deformation of the spine that I have. V people tend to have poor stamina. People who are tall or short tend to be V. They may have joints that crack (dry) or the joints protrude a bit from the skin. Their faces may be asymmetrical, maybe you see a crooked nose or big ears.
The hair color tends to be dark and the hair has a coarse texture. Usually the hair is wavy or curly (see figure F002).
